First give heading *FACTS OF THE CASE* :-

Then ek line leave kr ke joh facts diya hai sirf wahi likho .. question mai kya pucha hai woh nhi.

2. *For provision :✅*

First give heading *PROVISION OF THE LAW* :-

then ek line leave kr ke write the provisions.

U can start writing provision in 4 ways :-

* Pursuant to the Section...

* In accordance with Section...

* As per the Section...

* According to the Section...

3. *For conclusion ✅*

First give heading *CONCLUSION* :-

then ek line leave kr ke write your conclusion

U can write conclusion in 2 ways :- ✅

* In the light of the above provisions and facts mentioned in the present case we can conclude that..

* Based on the above provisions and facts mentioned in the present case we can conclude that...

Make sure question mai jis tarah se aapse conclusion pucha h ussi way mai conclusion likho.

Write your answers in the point format and leave one line after every point.

Do underline the heading and important words and important points of your answers.
